The first essential task in doing so is conducting employee engagement surveys (also known as employee feedback surveys). <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Top tips for Employee Engagement Surveys<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We\u2019ve put together the following 10 helpful tips for conducting effective employee engagement surveys:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Define the objectives of your survey<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Establish clear goals that you want to achieve by carrying out the employee engagement survey. From these goals, you can work out the best way to plan and conduct your survey.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Determine which departments to include in the survey<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The goals of your survey will also allow you to find out which departments to include in your survey.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>You can, of course, survey the entire business if that is a more desirable option.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3.
